Job Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer experienced in both web and mobile application development. You will build and maintain backend APIs, web dashboards, and Android/iOS applications for our products, working directly with the tech lead and founding team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop backend APIs, WebSockets, and integrations using Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks.
Build responsive web dashboards using React.js and TypeScript.
Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native (preferred) or Flutter.
Implement features such as attendance, leave management, tasks, approvals, notifications, and offline data synchronization.
Design and optimise databases using PostgreSQL or MongoDB, with appropriate ORM/ODM tools.
Implement authentication, role-based access control, and application security.
Deploy and maintain applications using AWS, Docker, Nginx, and GitHub Actions.
Manage mobile app releases on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Write automated tests,



troubleshoot issues, and improve application performance.

Required Skills
25 years of full-stack development experience.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js.
Proficiency in React Native or Flutter, with React Native preferred.
Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or Fastify.
Knowledge of REST APIs, WebSockets, databases, authentication, and offline synchronisation.
Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Git/GitHub, CI/CD, and automated testing.
At least one published and maintained mobile application.
Experience building and maintaining a live web application.
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.

Valuable to Have: Geofencing, Android background location, Redis, Angular, AWS Lambda, Kubernetes, and experience with HRMS, CRM, attendance, or WhatsApp Business API products.
