We are looking for enthusiastic Educational Counsellors to guide students in choosing suitable courses and colleges based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and admission procedures.
Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and career opportunities.
Follow up with students and parents through calls and messages.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain student records and update follow-up details.
Coordinate with colleges and the internal team regarding admissions.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive convincing, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to maintain follow-ups.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
