Job Overview
We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented FP&A; Professionals to join our team at Turbhe. The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, along with excellent Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Prepare and analyse financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
Monitor financial performance and analyse budget vs. actual variances.
Support monthly financial reporting and financial analysis.
Prepare financial models and Excel-based reports.
Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams for financial data collection and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
CA or MBA in Finance.
2–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A; / Financial Planning & Analysis.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
Valuable understanding of budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial reporting.
Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
