We are looking for motivated junior-level candidates to join our Fraud & Compliance team in a shadowing role. Candidates will learn and support fraud prevention, mystery shopping, compliance testing, and risk monitoring under the guidance of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Shadow senior analysts during fraud investigations and compliance testing.
Assist with mystery shopping activities and compliance checks.
Review basic transactions, documents, and reports to identify potential irregularities.
Maintain accurate records and prepare basic reports.
Support KYC verification and fraud prevention activities.
Follow company procedures and regulatory compliance guidelines.
Required Skills
Positive analytical and observation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Robust communication and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn fraud detection and compliance processes.
B.Pharm, Life Sciences, Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant degree is preferred.
Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
