We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to manage our daily manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
Manage overall factory operations.
Plan and monitor daily production targets.
Supervise production workers and machine operators.
Maintain product quality and reduce wastage.
Manage manpower and shift schedules.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
Monitor machine performance.
Ensure workplace safety and discipline.
Prepare daily production reports.
Requirements
5–10 years of manufacturing experience.
Experience in paper or packaging industry will be an added advantage.
Diploma or Engineering qualification preferred.
Good leadership and management skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Type: Full time Salary: Based on experience.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
