We are looking for an experienced and skilled Setter cum Programmer for our Steel Valve Casting Machining Division.
Job Responsibilities:
CNC Turning / VMC machine setting and programming.
Prepare and modify CNC programmes as per component drawings.
Knowledge of G-code and M-code.
Tool selection, setting, offsets and fixture setting.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of machined components.
Troubleshooting and cycle time optimisation.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience in machining steel valve castings will be an added advantage.
Must be capable of independent machine setting and programming.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
