Role & responsibilities
Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, ISO, FSSAI and other regulatory requirements.
Prepare, review and maintain SOPs and quality-related documents.
Review BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records) and BPR (Batch Packaging Records).
Perform line clearance and in-process quality checks.
Handle deviations, CAPA and change control.
Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.
Investigate quality-related complaints and identify root causes.
Review and approve validation protocols and reports.
Maintain proper documentation and document control.
Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D; and Regulatory Affairs departments.
Ensure GMP implementation throughout manufacturing operations.
Monitor and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
