Role & responsibilities
Lead and supervise the team to ensure effective coordination, explicit role ownership and provide training and development support to junior team members
Develop and maintain SQL-based reporting, analytical datasets and data extracts.
Design, build and support Qlik Sense dashboards, applications and visualisations.
Develop Python-based automation and data-processing solutions.
Enhance data models supporting Research management information and reporting.
Improve reporting performance, data quality and operational efficiency.
Investigate and resolve root causes of recurring reporting and data issues.
Build solutions that reduce manual reporting and reconciliation effort.
Support development of reporting across Research Home, Qlik and associated MIS platforms.
Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and priorities.
Partner with Technology teams on data sourcing, architecture and platform enhancements.
Support testing, deployment and implementation of current solutions.




Ensure delivered solutions are documented, supported and operationally accepted prior to closure.
Maintain and contribute to the MIS change backlog.

Preferred candidate profile
5 to 8 years of overall professional experience.
Strong SQL development skills.
Strong Python development skills.
Hands-on Qlik Sense development experience.
Experience working with large and complex datasets.
Data modelling and data-transformation experience.
Solid problem-solving and analytical capability.
Ability to convert business requirements into practical reporting and analytics solutions.
Experience delivering reporting, automation or business intelligence solutions.
Click House experience.
QlikView experience.
Tableau experience.
Financial services experience (preferably Investment Banking Domain).
Knowledge of Research reporting, CRM data or interaction data
