Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a robust background in high-rise building projects, preferably from a contracting/EPC organization. The candidate will be responsible for execution, coordination, supervision and monitoring of mechanical services at project sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise mechanical works for high-rise building projects.
Coordinate installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment.
Review mechanical drawings, technical specifications and BOQs.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and other project teams for smooth execution.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.




Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are followed during execution.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation, progress reports and execution records.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering.
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
Must have experience working on high-rise building projects.
Candidates from a contracting/EPC background are preferred.
Valuable understanding of mechanical services, installation, execution and commissioning.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
Robust coordination, communication and site execution skills.

Preferred Industry High-rise Residential / Commercial Construction (Contracting Background).
