· Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and qualified networks.

· Recruiting and interviewing skills. Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.

· Phone and online meeting platform skills

· Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and the hiring manager.

· Needs to understand the wants and needs of the organization to achieve the desired goals.

· Coordinating the department activities and the management follow-ups as well.

· Candidates with hands-on experience in generalist activities including payroll, grievance handling, performance appraisal, etc,. can get priority.

· Knowledge in Social Media Optimisation.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
