We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) to join our engineering team. The selected candidates will receive practical training and hands-on experience in engineering operations, production processes, quality control, maintenance, and project execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in day-to-day engineering and operational activities.
Monitor and support production and manufacturing processes.
Understand technical drawings, equipment, machinery, and engineering specifications.
Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions.
Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures.
Prepare technical reports and maintain relevant documentation.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in process improvement and productivity enhancement activities.
