We are looking for a responsible and experienced HR Incharge to manage our day-to-day HR operations at our garment manufacturing facility in Tiruppur. The role involves handling employee and labour recruitment, attendance, payroll, shift management, employee records, performance monitoring, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication and leadership skills, practical knowledge of labour management, and the ability to maintain a disciplined and positive workplace.
Experience in the textile or garment manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
