We're looking for a proactive Project Executive to join our operations team, responsible for installing home automation and smart lighting products at customer locations. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of house wiring, inverter wiring, power supplies, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Safety consciousness and effective tool usage are essential attributes for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Installing home automation and lighting products at client premises
Promptly addressing and resolving complaints related to electrical, home automation, and lighting products
Conducting in-depth troubleshooting of our products and modules to offer comprehensive solutions
Attending service calls and delivering effective resolutions
Structured escalation of identified issues and providing resolutions in a systematic manner
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
Qualifications:
Education background should include a Diploma with a focus on electrical engineering
Ideally 2 to 4 years of expertise in the installation of home automation and lighting products
Proficiency in house wiring, load calculation, and proficiency in understanding AutoCAD
Sound knowledge of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems
Solid interpersonal abilities
