About the Role diginex media is looking for a motivated and organized HR Intern to support our recruitment process, team coordination, and daily business operations.

This internship is a outstanding opportunity for students and freshers who want hands-on experience in human resources, recruitment, and business operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the intern hiring process, including screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Coordinate with interns and support smooth team communication.
Maintain candidate records, attendance, and internship documentation.
Track assigned tasks, follow up on progress, and support timely completion.
Assist with internal operations and team engagement.
Conduct initial telephonic conversations with business leads and support lead qualification.
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows.

Internship Details
Duration: 1 month, extendable up to 3 months based on performance and mutual agreement.
Working Days: 5 days per week.
Working Hours: Approximately 2 to 5 hours per day, depending on workload.
Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid,



as applicable.
Compensation: This is an unpaid internship.
