Job Responsibilities
Design and develop aluminium frames and profiles for solar PV modules.
Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Develop aluminium extrusion profiles as per customer specifications and technical requirements.
Coordinate with the production, extrusion, quality, and tooling departments to ensure design feasibility.
Review technical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications.
Support recent product development, prototype development, and design improvements.
Ensure designs meet customer requirements and applicable industry standards.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience in aluminium extrusion profile design, preferably for solar aluminium frames.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.
