Responsibilities:
Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity or technical issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, CCTV systems, and network devices.
Provide basic hardware and software support to employees.
Maintain IT equipment records and coordinate repairs.
Support basic website updates and HTML-related tasks when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of HTML and computer hardware.
Knowledge of CCTV systems, networking, LAN, and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of Windows, printers, and software installation.
Responsible, observant, and able to maintain technical records.
