Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Skilled certifications such as CPA, CA, or MBA (Finance) are an advantage.
Relevant Investment Management qualifications or certifications (e.g., CISI, FINRA) would be desirable.Role & responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Educational Qualifications
Robust technical expertise in private equity fund accounting, NAV oversight, and financial reporting, with

knowledge of regulations across key jurisdictions, particularly the US.
Solid understanding of private markets structures and asset classes (e.g., LP/GP, ICAV, private debt, real

estate, and alternative credit) and associated valuation methodologies.
Experience working within an outsourced operating model, with a proven ability to operate independently,

exercise sound judgment, and maintain accountability in a governance-driven setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess NAV errors, identify control issues,

and drive timely resolution.
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence client

stakeholders, auditors, and internal teams.
