Job Title: Event Coordinator

Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline

Preferred Background: Event Management, Marketing, Communications or related fields

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage fundraising events.
Collaborate with fundraising and marketing teams to achieve donor engagement goals.
Build and maintain solid relationships with donors.
Coordinate event-related activities and ensure smooth execution.
Support fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
Work towards achieving fundraising targets and organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in event coordination, fundraising,



or nonprofit organizations is an added advantage.
Freshers and interns with a solid interest in fundraising are welcome.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when required for events.

Experience
1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
