Qualification
Graduate in any discipline; MBA / MHA in Hospital Administration preferred.
Prior experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations preferred.
Good leadership, communication and team management skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day hospital operations.
Supervise front office, billing, admission and discharge processes.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff and other departments.
Manage staff attendance, duty rosters and manpower.
Monitor patient satisfaction and handle complaints.
Oversee housekeeping, maintenance and hospital facilities.
Ensure proper documentation and administrative compliance.
Coordinate with vendors and monitor inventory.
Prepare operational reports and update hospital management.
Requirements:
Full time availability.
Robust administrative and team management capabilities.
Experience with hospital operations and HIS software preferred.
Ability to independently manage daily hospital activities.
