We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes to ensure compliance and implementation of company policies.
Duties
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Communicate with employees on various HR-related matters
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including OSHA
Lead recruitment efforts for all positions within the organization
Design and deliver training programs for employees' career development
Oversee performance management processes
Utilize HR software such as Dayforce for HRIS functions
Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on program management
Experience
Proven work experience as an HR Manager in road construction
In-depth knowledge of human resources management principles and best practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
Robust understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Experience in recruiting, training development, and performance management
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
