Dispense medications to all customers, following all departmental SOPs and Positive Pharmacy Practices.
Enter medication orders in Pharmacy software Module and issue Bill.
Prepare manual bills for OPD & IPD patients (if necessary).
Dispatch of consumable’s tray to nursing staff and OT staff before surgery.
To check and verify posting of pharmacy material & operation theatre charges in Hospital software.
Supervise the physical & HIMS receipt of material from central store.
Maintain shortage record book & hand it over to the Senior Pharmacist / In-charge / Manager to replenish the stock.
Do “Refund of drug” procedures from the patient.
Receiving material from the main store and storing/ stacking/ arranging it appropriately.
Maintain communication records in communication register.




Give proper written hand over to on duty pharmacist at the end of duty.
Assist senior pharmacist in maintaining records & filing process of departmental documentation.
Removal of non-moving and near expiry drugs
Keep records of Narcotics Drug usage.
