Prepare Tender documentation and Participate in Govt. Tenders
Follow up concerned person at the plant to dispatch material on time to avoid late deduction.
Taking care of sales transaction and back end support
Follow-up payments with customers after due date & making notes
Prepare all Domestic Sale Orders in SAP
Organizing Sales & Due payment Statement in SAP
Prepare all commercial invoices in SAP and send to the customer for payment.
Managing the marketing support department & coordinating with regional offices
Preparing MIS(Multi) reports and submit to the management
Coordinating with PPIC Department & Scheduling department for timely delivery of finished products,
