Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor ice cream mix preparation equipment.
Prepare ice cream mix as per approved recipes and production requirements.
Monitor mixing time, temperature and other process parameters.
Ensure proper handling and addition of raw materials.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
Follow food safety, quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with the Production and QA teams.
Maintain daily production records and report any process deviations.
Qualification: Any graduate.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in food processing / dairy / ice cream.
