Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
Manage reservations and guest seating arrangements.
Coordinate table allocation according to availability.
Maintain the guest waiting list during busy hours.
Assist guests with basic restaurant information.
Coordinate with service staff and restaurant supervisors.
Handle guest inquiries and special seating requests.
Maintain reservation and guest records.
Ensure the entrance and reception area remain organized.
Support the team in delivering excellent customer service.
