We are looking for a fluent native or expert-level Grahwali speaker with a solid command of english to review, evaluate and approve Garhwali translations for multimedia and localization projects.
Key Responsibilities
Review and approve Garhwali translation strings on the localization platform.
Ensure translations are accurate, natural, and contextually appropriate.
Perform quality checks on translated content and identify language errors.
Maintain consistent terminology throughout translations.
Ensure technical media terms such as Play, Pause, Playlist, and Audio Track are easy to understand in Garhwali.
Identify UI issues such as text overlapping or incorrect text display on screens.
Check subtitles and multimedia-related language content.
Ensure high-quality localization rather than word-for-word translation.
Required Skills & Eligibility:
Native or expert-level fluency in Garhwali.
Solid command of English to understand and translate technical terms.
Ability to read and write Garhwali.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with web browsers.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and spreadsheets.
Basic understanding of multimedia formats such as MP4, MKV, MP3, and AAC.
Understanding of subtitles, playlists, and media streaming.
Positive attention to detail and quality-checking skills.
