ZenSapiens Fitness Club is looking for a friendly, responsible, and well-organised Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle daily front desk operations while ensuring an excellent experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist gym members and visitors.
Handle membership enquiries, registrations, renewals, and payments.
Manage phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups.
Maintain member records and update CRM/software.
Coordinate appointments and membership-related activities.
Assist with daily administrative and front desk operations.
Support membership sales and client retention.
Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Customer service and sales-oriented attitude.
Valuable organisational and multitasking abilities.
Previous experience in reception, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Experience in a gym or fitness centre will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
Morning: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Evening: 3:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
