FyneHand has been mandated to hire for a Head of Facilities for a leading luxury real estate company. The job location is Pune.

Role overview: To lead and oversee end-to-end facilities management operations across a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring world-class service delivery, operational excellence, cost optimization, and high tenant satisfaction while aligning with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end facilities management across a large, multi-location commercial portfolio
Define and execute strategies to deliver operational excellence, cost efficiency, and superior tenant experience
Oversee hard & soft services including MEP, HVAC, security, housekeeping, and sustainability initiatives
Drive standardization of processes, SLAs, and performance metrics across all sites
Manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure effective control over OPEX and CAPEX
Build and maintain robust relationships with tenants, leadership, and key stakeholders
Lead vendor strategy, negotiations, and performance management
Champion digital transformation, smart building solutions, and ESG initiatives
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety norms, and audit requirements
Mentor and lead large,



cross-functional teams to drive high performance and accountability

Key requirements:
18–22 years of experience in facilities/property management, preferably in commercial real estate
Proven track record of managing large, multi-site portfolios with solid operational control
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost optimization, and P&L; management
Deep expertise in hard and soft services, compliance, and safety standards. Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills
Demonstrated leadership capability in managing large teams and vendor ecosystems
Strategic mindset with the ability to drive transformation and continuous improvement
Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis management abilities
