Job Overview

We are looking for an HR & Placement Relations Executive to manage corporate relationships, college partnerships, recruitment, staffing, and student placement activities.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters.
Establish partnerships with colleges and placement departments.
Identify job opportunities and company hiring requirements.
Coordinate student placements, interviews, and recruitment drives.
Handle candidate sourcing, screening, recruitment, and staffing.
Maintain student resumes and placement records.
Coordinate with students, trainers, companies, and internal teams.

Eligibility

Willingness to attend company meetings, college visits, and placement activities.
