Actively involved in all the recruitment processes of HR team
CV sourcing as per the categories provided by the manager
Follow-up with candidates for confirmation/interview/job offer acceptance.
Receiving CV’s from candidates & associates and save the same in our data bank
Tele calling daily WITH candidates & agents for arranging CV’s + documentation and editing
the same if required for submitting it to the manager for clients
Source candidates by using database and social media
Prepare & arrange for candidates online/virtual interview with clients
Report daily work to the manager
Maintain a complete record of interviews and current hires
Screen resumes and job application form
Pay: ₹9,400.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
