The Tele caller Executive will be responsible for contacting retail outlets on a regular basis to collect order requirements, follow up on deliveries, resolve queries, and support coordination between outlets and internal teams. The role involves maintaining positive communication, ensuring timely order collection, and providing customer support for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact outlets daily to collect order requirements and confirm order details.
Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Maintain and update call logs, order status reports, and outlet feedback.
Follow up with outlets on pending payments, product promotions, and current schemes.
Handle outlet inquiries, complaints, and escalate issues to the respective departments when necessary.
Assist in promoting new products, offers, and marketing activities over calls.
Prepare daily, weekly,
and monthly call and order summary reports.
Maintain positive relationships with all outlets to ensure consistent communication and satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good communication skills in English and local language(s).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and data entry.
Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
Customer service-oriented attitude.
Basic understanding of sales and order processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
Experience: 0–2 years in tele calling, customer service, or sales coordination.
Preferred: Experience in FMCG / retail / distribution environment.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
