Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Motor Insurance Claim Handler to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will manage and process motor insurance claims efficiently while providing exceptional service to policyholders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring claims are handled accurately and promptly, fostering trust and satisfaction among our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and assess motor insurance claims for validity and completeness.
Gather necessary documentation, including police reports, photos, and repair estimates.
Communicate effectively with policyholders, garages, and third-party service providers to facilitate the claims process.
Evaluate claims based on policy terms and conditions, making decisions on claim approvals or denials.
Negotiate settlements with clients and third parties while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Maintain accurate records of claims, correspondence, and decision-making processes.
Provide support and guidance to policyholders throughout the claims process,



addressing any questions or concerns.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as underwriting and legal, to resolve complex claims issues.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to motor insurance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in insurance or claims handling.
Previous experience in motor insurance claims handling is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
Proficiency in using claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
