Role Overview The Service Engineer Trainee will assist in installation, maintenance, and servicing of technical products. This role is designed for entry-level candidates who are eager to build a career in technical service and support, with hands-on field exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in installation, servicing, and maintenance of equipment/products at customer sites.
Understand and interpret technical product specifications and manuals.
Provide basic troubleshooting and issue resolution under supervision.
Support senior engineers during field visits and service calls.
Maintain proper service reports and documentation.
Ensure timely completion of assigned service tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
Follow company protocols related to safety and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: B.Tech / ITI in relevant field
Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year experience preferred
Required Skills
Ability to understand technical product details
Basic communication skills
Willingness to travel locally and outstation (upcountry)
Basic problem-solving and analytical ability
