Key Responsibilities

Manage front-office operations and maintain daily records.

Follow up with prospective clients and generate new business leads.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
