Responsibilities
Build complete HR system and policies from scratch
Handle recruitment for sales, logistics, operations & office staff
Create hiring process, employee structure and HR workflows
Manage attendance, joining, documentation and employee records
Coordinate payroll and basic HR operations
Build company culture and discipline systems
Experience is mandatory. Candidates from construction, logistics, manufacturing or startup background preferred.
Pay: ₹15,494.38 - ₹45,000.00 per month
