Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Candidates with 1+ or 6 months years of recruitment/HR experience.
Any graduate with a keen interest in recruitment.
Passionate about building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet sourcing.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
