Integration Architect Roles & Responsibilities (Short Version)
Design integration architectures using APIs, event streaming, and batch/IDMC.
Modernize existing point-to-point integrations.
Lead API architecture using Apigee and MuleSoft.
Manage event-driven integrations using Confluent Kafka.
Design SAP, SAP BTP, Oracle, and Salesforce integrations.
Implement security using OAuth2, OIDC, mTLS, and API gateways.
Build common integration frameworks and reusable standards.
Work with Azure/AWS cloud platforms.
Define technical solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, ETL, and ESB.
Handle integration design, documentation, troubleshooting, and risk management.
