Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple MEP projects.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, quality, and safety standards.
Manage MEP contracts, contractual obligations, variations, valuations, and claims.
Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, and resource allocation.
Monitor project costs, cost-to-complete forecasts, and commercial performance.
Coordinate with Project Management, QS, Procurement, and Engineering teams.
Manage relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Identify project risks and ensure timely resolution of contractual and execution-related issues.

Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in MEP Contracts, Commercial Management, or Project Management within real estate or construction.
Solid understanding of MEP contracts, procurement, cost management, and project execution.
Experience handling large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
Solid negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
