Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell paint products at retail stores and paint shops.
Explain product features, advantages, and applications to customers.
Assist customers in selecting the right paint products and colors.
Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain valuable relationships with dealers, shop owners, and customers.
Display paint products and promotional materials properly.
Support in-store promotions and customer engagement activities.
Maintain daily sales and customer interaction reports.

Requirements:
Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates.
Experience in paint, building materials, or retail sales is preferred.
Positive communication and customer handling skills.
Sales-oriented and target-driven.
Ability to work at paint shops and retail outlets.
