Excellent spoken English with Versant C1/C2 proficiency (mandatory).
Solid communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven workplace.
Prior US healthcare, insurance or international voice process experience preferred.
5 working days per week, with rotational weekly offs across all 7 days.
Flexibility to work in US shifts.
-9 hours shift including 1 hour break. Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
