We are looking for a responsible and organised Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and housekeeping operations across all our properties at Element Stays in Talpona (Canacona, South Goa)
Key Responsibilities
Inspect and ensure all houses are thoroughly cleaned and guest-ready before every check-in.
Conduct property inspections during check-outs to identify damages, missing items, or maintenance issues.
Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring timely and effective completion of daily tasks.
Maintain inventory of linen, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other essential items.
Coordinate guest interactions during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Report any maintenance requirements, damages, or operational issues to management.
The ideal candidate should be organised, responsible, proactive, and have valuable communication and staff-management skills. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
