Supervise, guide, and evaluate housekeeping attendants and cleaning crew.
Prepare and manage daily/weekly duty rosters, shift schedules, and break times (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays).
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, uniform grooming, and discipline.
Plan adequate manpower deployment during peak showtimes, blockbusters, and weekends.
Auditorium &
Facility Operations
Oversee rapid turnaround cleaning of screening rooms (sweeping, mopping, seat cleaning, and vacuuming carpets) during short show intervals.
Ensure deep cleaning and sanitation of public areas, including the main entrance, box office, concession stands, and corridors.
Maintain spotless hygiene standards in men's, women's, and disabled washrooms throughout the day.
