Immediate Joiner's Required

We are looking for a qualified General Medical Officer (GMO) to manage patient discharge documentation and discharge summaries in our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:-
Prepare and review patient discharge summaries.
Ensure accurate documentation of diagnosis, treatment and clinical history.
Coordinate with treating consultants and nursing staff for timely patient discharge.
Verify discharge medications and follow-up instructions.
Maintain accurate patient medical records.
Ensure discharge documentation is completed as per hospital protocols.

Required Skills:-
Positive medical knowledge and documentation skills.
Knowledge of hospital discharge procedures.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and patient confidentiality.
Qualification: BAMS/BHMS with valid medical registration
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply, if eligible)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
