We are seeking experienced HR Recruiters from an agency background to join our growing network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting for multiple clients and industries across India. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing top talent to ensuring successful onboarding, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates via job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Client coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide updates, and ensure alignment on recruitment goals.
Screening & shortlisting: Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview management: Coordinate client interviews, collect feedback, and manage communication between candidates and clients.
Offer negotiation: Discuss salary expectations and employment terms, ensuring smooth offer acceptance and onboarding.
Database management:



Maintain an updated recruitment database with candidate information, feedback, and hiring status.
Market research: Stay informed on industry hiring trends and provide insights to enhance recruitment strategies.

Experience & Skills
Experience: 1–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment agency environment.
Industry exposure: Proven track record of hiring for diverse roles and industries across India.
Skill set:
Robust understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously
Proficiency in using recruitment software, databases, and tools

Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
