Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue & Cash Management

Supervise the reconciliation of daily ticket sales from various counters and online platforms.

Monitor cash inflows and ensure timely deposits into company bank accounts.

Manage "Waybill" accountingverifying trip-wise income against fuel and staff allowance expenditures.
Expenditure & Fleet Accounting

Oversee payments for fleet-related costs: fuel procurement, spare parts, and workshop repairs. Must have hands on experience on fixed asset accounting and loan accounting / management. Maintain an asset register for the fleet, calculating annual depreciation for each bus.

Manage vendor accounts and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
Financial Reporting & Compliance

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;). Handle VAT and Tax filings in accordance with local government regulations.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors for year-end reviews.
