Required Qualifications,Skills,and Abilities
Prior experience of working with the district/ division will be preferred
3 - 5 years of experience in the Apprenticeship and Placement sector
Possess good analytical,and problem-solving skills,excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Develop weekly and monthly operational plans.
Ensure accountability of delivery on the achievement of pre-defined outcomes.
Lead implementation of the project on the field.
Build relations with ITIs, SDM, Polytechnic, Computer Centre, and Other Institutions and Industries.
Coordinate with students from ITIs, SDM, Polytechnic, Computer Centre, and Other Institutions to organize Interaction and Info-shop sessions.
Mobilize students from institutions (ITIs, SDM, Polytechnic, Computer Centre) to provide short-term and long-term (Technical and Soft Skill training).
Organize Apprenticeship and Rojgar Mela (Apprenticeship and Placement Event) at RWF Centre.
Coordinate with Industries to register them on the NAPS Portal and create opportunities. Provide support in the hiring and onboarding process.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities




Graduate/ Post-graduate degree in business, human resources, marketing, or related fields.
3 - 5 years of experience in the Apprenticeship and Placement sector.
Prior experience of working with the district/ division will be preferred.
Result orientation, effective leadership, strong communication skills, stakeholder management, robust interpersonal skills, and ability to work with people from varied backgrounds and levels.
Ability to work independently and proactively, without support staff and with little supervision.
Possess valuable analytical, and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labor market trends, industries, and business practices and Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
Strong planning and organizational skills, and an ability to be able to set priorities, plan timelines and meet deadlines.
