Purpose:

Responsible for identifying training needs and conducting effective training programs to improve employee skills, workforce productivity, and job performance, with special focus on unskilled and semi-skilled workers.

Job Responsibilities:
Identify training needs of employees, skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers.
Design and conduct technical, behavioral, induction, and safety training programs.
Provide practical and hands-on training to unskilled workers to develop job-related skills.
Train workers on the proper use of tools, equipment, machinery, and PPE.
Conduct on-site demonstrations and practical skill assessments.
Develop training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
Coordinate with department heads and project teams to identify skill gaps.
Evaluate training effectiveness and monitor improvement in employee performance.
Maintain training records,



attendance, feedback, and assessment reports.
Ensure regular training programs across corporate offices and project sites.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Management, Education, or any relevant discipline.
Certification in Training & Development will be an added advantage.

Experience
3–5 years of experience in Training & Development.
Practical experience in training unskilled and semi-skilled workers is highly preferred.
Experience in construction, civil, telecom, or infrastructure sectors will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
Ability to explain concepts in simple language to workers with limited education.
Expertise in practical and demonstration-based training.
Solid coordination and interpersonal skills.
Patience and ability to manage diverse groups of workers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
