Job Summary

AIOM Group is looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React JS, JavaScript, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.

The candidate should have robust frontend development skills, experience integrating REST APIs, and a positive understanding of backend development using Node.js.

Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React JS.
Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries.
Develop interactive user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Implement React Hooks, functional components, and state management.
Integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications.
Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js.
Work with Express.js for backend application development.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
Identify and resolve application bugs and technical issues.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Maintain clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend Technologies
Strong experience in React JS.
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).




Positive understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience with React Hooks and Functional Components.
Knowledge of Redux, Context API, or other state management tools.
Experience with responsive web design.
Knowledge of Bootstrap, Material UI, or Tailwind CSS.

Backend Technologies
Hands-on experience with Node.js.
Good understanding of Express.js.
Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
Understanding of authentication and authorization.
Basic knowledge of API security and backend architecture.

Database Technologies
Knowledge of MongoDB.
Understanding of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Experience with database integration and CRUD operations.

Additional Skills
Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab.
Knowledge of npm or yarn.
Understanding of application deployment.
Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD is an added advantage.
Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Experience & Qualifications
48 years of professional frontend development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with React JS and JavaScript.
Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
Experience developing enterprise-level web applications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
