HR Project Management
Take ownership of an assigned HR project from planning to execution under the guidance of the HR team.
Conduct research, gather and analyze data, and prepare project reports and presentations.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
Coordinate with employees, managers, and stakeholders to collect inputs and feedback.
Identify process improvement prospects and recommend solutions to enhance HR effectiveness.
Outcome: The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and project management while contributing to key HR initiatives and supporting the overall HR team.
