We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates for the position of Interior Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and assisting in customer onboarding.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain interior design services.
Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide basic information about services.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, and project needs.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into potential business opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales and design teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Schedule appointments and arrange meetings with customers.
Maintain customer details and update lead information regularly.
Build good relationships with customers through effective communication.
Skills Required:
Good verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Telugu, English and Hindi is preferred.
Confident in handling customer calls and follow-ups.
Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
