Job Responsibilities
Recruitment – International Voice Process (Primary Responsibility)
Handle end-to-end recruitment for International Voice Process requirements (US/UK).
Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidates based on communication skills, English fluency, accent, and customer-handling abilities.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate operations/voice assessments.
Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups and offer rollouts.
Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve recruitment targets.
Maintain recruitment trackers, daily hiring reports and pipeline MIS.
Coordinate with Operations Managers for manpower planning and urgent hiring requirements.
Handle candidate engagement, salary negotiations and joining follow-ups.
Drive joining ratios and minimize candidate dropouts.




HR Generalist Activities
Manage employee onboarding, induction and joining formalities.
Handle employee grievances and employee relations.
Conduct employee engagement and retention activities.
Manage attendance, leave and attrition tracking.
Coordinate exit formalities, full and final settlement and relieving processes.
Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.
Support HR policies, employee welfare and disciplinary processes.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR / Recruitment within the BPO industry.
Solid experience in hiring for International Voice Processes (US/UK).
Valuable understanding of BPO recruitment and candidate sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet recruitment targets.
Comfortable working in a fixed US night shift.
Must have own transportation / self-travel arrangement.
Immediate joiners to candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period preferred.
